Real Estate Associate Attorney
Are you an experienced attorney with a passion for shaping the future of real estate development and land use? My client, a nationally recognized law firm, seeks a Associate Attorney to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-profile projects involving public and private real estate, infrastructure, and environmental initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide strategic counsel on land use, zoning, and real estate development matters.
- Draft and negotiate agreements related to real estate acquisitions, entitlements, and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with public agencies, private developers, and stakeholders on innovative and sustainable land use strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience in real estate and/or land use law.
- Proven expertise in complex real estate transactions, zoning, and regulatory matters.
- Exceptional legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in the state of Florida
