A highly respected Pittsburgh law firm is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 3+ years of real estate experience who wants to work on sophisticated matters while collaborating with experienced attorneys and business teams.
Real Estate Associate Attorney
- Handling a variety of commercial and residential real estate matters
- Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development, and other real estate transactions
- Draft and review real estate documents and agreements
- Manage client communications and support ongoing transactions
Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school• Active Pennsylvania Bar admission required• Minimum 3 years of real estate law experience• Strong transactional, drafting, and negotiation skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment• Excellent written, analytical, and communication skills
