A bit about us:

New York, NY | Hybrid

The Opportunity

A highly regarded New York litigation and transactional boutique is seeking an exceptional Real Estate Associate or Counsel to join its sophisticated commercial real estate practice.

The group represents institutional investors, developers, owners, lenders, borrowers and entrepreneurial real estate clients in complex, high-value transactions. Attorneys work in a leanly staffed environment with meaningful responsibility, direct partner access and significant client exposure, rather than operating as one member of an oversized deal team.

This is an opportunity for a strong real estate attorney coming from a top-tier law firm platform who wants sophisticated New York work while gaining greater ownership over transactions and client relationships.

This is not a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to work from the New York office on a hybrid schedule.

Why join us?

Why Consider This Platform?

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney who wants to maintain the quality and sophistication of BigLaw-level work while operating within a smaller, more entrepreneurial environment.

The practice offers lean deal teams, meaningful partner interaction, direct client exposure and earlier responsibility, with the opportunity to work alongside attorneys who have trained within some of New York’s leading real estate practices.

The firm is looking for attorneys who can genuinely add value to a sophisticated real estate team from day one; quality of training, academic background and prior law firm platform will be important considerations in the hiring process.
