Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Real Estate Associate Attorney to join our growing legal team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in real estate law, including experience with financing-related issues, property level risk analysis, leasing, and managing transactions. This role requires a deep understanding of real estate assets, experience in contract drafting and analysis, and the ability to represent property owners and stakeholders effectively. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on complex and high-profile real estate transactions, providing legal advice and support to our clients.Responsibilities:1. Provide comprehensive legal support for all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.2. Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, lease agreements, and related documents.3. Conduct property-level risk analysis to identify potential issues and provide strategic solutions.4. Represent property owners, landlords, tenants, and other stakeholders in real estate matters.5. Coordinate and manage all phases of real estate transactions, including due diligence, title review, and closing.6. Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Qualifications:1. Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.2.
