Commercial Real Estate Practice GroupOpen to Multiple Locations...list found at the bottom of this description.HYBRIDOur client, a national AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its sophisticated Commercial Real Estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling complex real estate transactions and working alongside a collaborative team on high-profile matters involving acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions across a broad range of asset classes.Candidate Profile- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admissionin Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, or Washington, D.C., in good standing
• Experience handling commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions
• Strong understanding of real estate transaction structures, due diligence, title and survey review, and closing processes
• Ability to manage multiple matters while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Demonstrated commitment to client service and collaborative teamwork
• Prior law firm experience strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in commercial real estate purchases, sales, and financing transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases, easements, and related transactional documents
- Conduct and coordinate due diligence reviews, including analysis of title, survey, zoning, and other real estate-related matters
- Assist with transaction structuring, negotiations, closings, and post-closing matters
- Collaborate with attorneys across practice groups to provide comprehensive legal solutions for clients
- Manage client communications and support the efficient execution of complex transactions

- Compensation:$270,000–$400,000, as determined by experience and market factors
