🚀 What You’ll Do
- Represent lenders and institutional clients in complex commercial real estate transactions
- Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and key transaction documents
- Lead title and survey review, identifying and resolving issues proactively
- Advise clients on financing structures and risk mitigation strategies
- Partner with colleagues across offices to deliver seamless, high-quality legal service
Requirements
👤 What You Bring
- JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record
- Active Bar admission (in good standing)
- 4–6 years of substantive real estate law experience
- Proven background in:
- Real estate financing
- Lender-side representation
- Drafting and negotiating loan documents
- Experience with title and survey diligence
- Core strengths:
- Sharp analytical thinking
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with precision
