Job Description
Job Title: Facilities TechnicianLocation: Chandler, AZ (100% Onsite)Duration: 12 MonthsSchedule: Part-Time, ~20 hrs/week, Flexible M-F
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and maintain operational data for accuracy and traceability
- Manage document control processes (creation, revisions, approvals, archiving)
- Maintain SharePoint libraries, version control, metadata, and permissions
- Create and manage Excel trackers, templates, logs, and reports
- Support audits, compliance, and documentation standards
- Perform field walks/verifications and coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong SharePoint administration/document management experience
- Experience in data collection, document control, or records management
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and maintain data integrity
Preferred Skills:
- Semiconductor, manufacturing, facilities, or regulated industry experience
- Knowledge of quality/document control systems
- Power BI and/or Power Automate experience
Education:
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree or equivalent facilities/document control experience
