Practice Highlights
Attorneys in these roles will handle a broad range of commercial real estate and insolvency matters, including:
Real Estate / Transactional
- Acquisitions, dispositions, and financings
- Commercial leasing and development
- Joint ventures and real estate funds
- Title, zoning, and land-use issues
- Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
Insolvency / Restructuring
- Bankruptcy and creditors’ rights matters
- Workout and restructuring transactions
- Distressed asset acquisitions
- Chapter 7, 11, and out-of-court restructurings
- Representation of lenders, borrowers, and investors

Requirements
- Current State License
- Strong job stability
- Solid academic credentials
- Recent and meaningful experience in the relevant practice area
- No insurance defense backgrounds (especially where insurer conflicts may arise)
- Hybrid schedule: 1–2 WFH days/week after training
- Training period (first ~3 months): in-office daily
