A leading U.S. law firm is seeking a mid-level associate to join its Real Estate Practice Group in Chicago, Denver, Phoenix, or Dallas.

Ideal Candidate:• 3+ years of broad transactional real estate experience• Experience with purchase & sale agreements• Development agreements• Property management agreements• Leasing agreements• Joint venture experience preferred• Borrower-side financing experience preferred• Fund experience preferred• Excellent academic credentials• Strong writing, communication, and problem-solving skills• Ability to navigate complex matters efficiently and effectively• Strong team orientation and interest in contributing to the growth of a national practice
