combining strategic acumen with legal precision. Every matter you handle will reflect your client's objectives

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee all phases of the real estate transaction process, from contract to closing.

• Advocate for clients and empower them to make the best decisions to further their goals . 

• Prepare and review transactional documents from Closing documents and to loan documents to Deeds and

Land Trusts, to ensure full legal compliance

• Resolve disputes efficiently through skilled negotiation and mediation.

• Ensure every transaction complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Provide clear, accurate legal advice and proactively educate clients on the process.

• Identify potential legal risks early and advise clients accordingly.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties.

• Stay current on changes in real estate law and continue sharpening your skills through ongoing education.

• Comfortable adopting new legal technology and methodologies.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4+ years of real estate law experience.

• Active membership with the Florida Bar, in good standing.

• Preferred: Experience with Clio or similar case management and time-keeping software.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Job Type: Full-time

• Salary: $90,000 – $120,000/year, commensurate with experience

• Benefits: 401(k), 401(k) matching, health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off (vacation, sick leave,

national holidays)

• CLE fee reimbursement
