This is a great opportunity for someone with good business sense who is looking for a great opportunity to work on complex transactions.

Desired Background:

8+ years of transactional real estate experience
Purchase and sale agreements, leasing, loan documents
Represent institutional lenders, purchasers and landlords
Top law school and big firm experience is a plus
Admitted to Maryland bar

Environment:

Ability to develop your own practice
