Real Estate Transactions Attorney | Santa Barbara, CA

A well-established Santa Barbara law firm is seeking a Real Estate Transactions Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its growing practice. What You'll Do

  • Handle a broad range of commercial real estate and business transactions
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, easements, and related transactional documents
  • Advise clients on business entity matters, contracts, and real estate acquisitions and dispositions
  • Provide counsel to public entity clients on a variety of legal matters (experience is a plus but not required)
  • Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice areas to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions
  • Attorneys with an interest in business or real estate litigation will have the opportunity to gain exposure to those matters, though litigation experience is not required

What We're Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active California Bar admission
  • 3+ years of business and/or commercial real estate transactional experience
  • Experience drafting and negotiating commercial leases and transactional documents
  • Strong drafting, analytical, and client communication skills
  • Collaborative attorney seeking a long-term opportunity
