• * Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from contract to closing
• * Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, loan documents, and closing documents
• * Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review
• * Advise clients on zoning, land use, and property development matters
• * Collaborate with clients, brokers, lenders, and other attorneys to ensure smooth transactions
• * Represent clients in negotiations and closings

Qualifications

• * J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in Florida
• * 5–7 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on transactional work
• * Strong knowledge of commercial and residential real estate practices
• * Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
• * Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
• * Ability to work independently and as part of a team
