- 3–5 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate transactions, particularly involving acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing.
- Ability to manage real estate matters from initial structuring through closing, including negotiating purchase and sale terms and reviewing title and survey materials.
- Strong drafting skills for transaction documents, loan agreements, and closing materials
- Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills suited for complex real estate work
- J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance.
- Admission to Florida Bar
- Detail‑oriented, business‑minded approach to structuring real estate transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practice groups.
