Job Details Experience: 3–5 years of substantive experience in commercial real estate transactions, particularly involving acquisitions, development, financing, and leasing. Ability to manage real estate matters from initial structuring through closing, including negotiating purchase and sale terms and reviewing title and survey materials. Skills: Strong drafting skills for transaction documents, loan agreements, and closing materials Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills suited for complex real estate work Credentials: J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic performance. Admission to Florida Bar Attributes Detail‑oriented, business‑minded approach to structuring real estate transactions. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across multiple practice groups.
