Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Miami with pay starting at 200K. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on real estate transactions, contracts, agreements, and disputes.

Responsibilities:

Review and draft real estate documents, including purchase agreements, leases, and mortgage documents
Conduct due diligence on real estate properties
Negotiate real estate deals and contracts
Provide legal advice on zoning, land use, and environmental issues
Represent clients in real estate litigation matters

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the state
Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing real estate law
Strong knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
Excellent analytical and research skills
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
