Real Estate Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Attorney to join our legal team in Charlotte. As a Real Estate Attorney, you will be responsible for handling all legal aspects of real estate litigation matters and providing expert advice to clients. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that real estate deals are conducted in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts and agreements.
Conducting due diligence on properties involved in transactions.
Providing legal guidance on zoning and land use issues.
Handling negotiations and settlements.

Requirements:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
