Job Details Job Details: We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney specializing in Commercial Leasing to join our dynamic Legal team. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate leasing, including office, retail, and industrial leasing, as well as real estate acquisitions. This role requires a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: As a Real Estate Attorney in our firm, your responsibilities will include: 1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide variety of commercial leases, including office, retail, and industrial leases. 2. Advising clients on all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including real estate acquisitions, leasing, and management. 3. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to commercial real estate transactions. 4. Providing legal advice and guidance on a wide range of real estate matters, including property rights, zoning laws, and regulatory compliance. 5. Representing clients in disputes related to commercial leases, including litigation if necessary. 6. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to ensure the best service to our clients. 7. Staying updated on current laws and regulations related to commercial real estate and leasing. Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you will need: 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Attorney, with a focus on commercial real estate transactions. Ideally with office, retail space and industrial leasing transactions 3. Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate law, including leasing, acquisitions, and property rights. 4. Proven experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial leases. 5. Strong litigation skills and experience in representing clients in disputes related to commercial leases. 6. Excellent research and report-writing skills. 7. Strong communication and negotiation skills. 8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. 10.
