Job Description
We are looking for a driven and client-oriented Real Estate Buyer’s Sales Agent to support home buyers throughout the purchasing process. In this role, you will connect with pre-qualified leads, understand their needs, and guide them in finding the right property based on their preferences and budget. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing valuable insights into the local real estate market and helping clients make informed decisions.
The ideal candidate is skilled in communication and relationship-building, with the ability to manage multiple clients while ensuring a smooth and positive buying experience. You will act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, and listing agents to facilitate successful transactions from initial consultation to closing. Strong market knowledge, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset are essential to succeed in this role.

Compensation:$85,000+
Responsibilities:- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close
- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender
- Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home
- Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
- At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends
- Show a track record of real estate success
