Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Real Estate Buyers Agent to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about real estate, have strong negotiation skills, and enjoy guiding clients through the buying process with integrity and professionalism, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Consultation: Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget to match them with the right properties.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with local real estate markets, property values, and trends to provide clients with accurate and valuable insights.
Property Showings: Organize and conduct property tours, highlighting key features and answering client questions.
Negotiation: Represent clients during negotiations, working to secure the best possible terms and pricing for their home purchases.
Documentation: Assist clients with the necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, disclosures, and other legal documents.
Networking: Build relationships with real estate professionals such as lenders, inspectors, and appraisers to facilitate smooth transactions.
Client Support: Provide guidance throughout the buying process, addressing any questions or concerns along the way.
Marketing: Promote listings through various channels, including social media, websites, and open houses.

Qualifications:

Valid real estate license in Michigan (or willingness to obtain one with our help).
Eager to learn and follow directions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Proficient in using CRM systems and technology.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
