Job Description
SUMMARY
As Real Estate Coordinator, you will assist the Real Estate Managers with managing the company's real estate portfolio. Your core responsibilities will include managing real estate databases, assisting with the analysis and negotiations for leases, developing maintenance plans for facilities, managing national accounts, managing service agreements and vendor relationships, and analyzing/negotiating contractor bids.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research commercial real estate markets and provide analysis to management
- Update, track, and audit various real estate databases to ensure consistency
- Schedule service calls, vendor meetings, and facility maintenance upgrades
- Track, monitor and manage operating expenses (gas, water, waste)
- Manage national accounts, service agreements and vendor relations
- Field calls from location managers, provide customer service and resolve concerns regarding facilities and service contracts
- Request, assemble and analyze contract bids; submit bids and recommendations for approval
- Manage national accounts, service agreements and vendor relations
- Respond to facility emergencies or urgent issues as needed
EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS
- Minimum Degree: Bachelor's Degree, or the equivalent
- Special Certification or Licensing: CPM, RPA, Real estate sales license a plus
EXPERIENCE
- Experience in Property Management/Commercial Real Estate Market
- CPM, RPA designation or Real Estate License a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Advanced ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate decisions while motivating staff
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Outlook desired
POSITION LOCATION:
Onsite in Daytona Beach, FL; Hybrid schedule will be available once trained, but regular weekly onsite presence at our office in Daytona Beach will still be required.
Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and sitting for long periods of time.
Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.

Type of Travel Required: US Domestic and International (Canada)
Amount of Travel Required: 10%

Compensation Range:
$60,200.00 - $90,100.00
The actual base salary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
