  • Underwrite and analyze prospective investments using advanced ARGUS and Excel cash flow models.
  • Review offering materials, evaluate financial projections, and synthesize key risks and value drivers.
  • Maintain, enhance, and QC acquisition models to support consistent, high‑quality decision making.
  • Prepare clear, compelling investment briefs and materials for senior team members and the investment committee.
  • Present underwriting conclusions, market insights, and deal recommendations to senior acquisitions leaders.
  • Coordinate with brokers, developers, operators, and leasing teams to assess opportunities and validate assumptions.
  • Conduct deep market research—including economic, demographic, and real estate fundamentals—to support investment theses.
  • Drive the due diligence process, including legal, financial, and physical reviews, and support acquisition financing.
  • Collaborate closely with Acquisition Originators to support pipeline development and deal strategy.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of real estate investment analysis experience; direct deal execution experience strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with emphasis in finance, business, economics, or real estate.
  • Advanced fluency in Microsoft Office (Excel modeling required); ARGUS proficiency is essential.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical foundation with the ability to distill complex information into clear insights.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • High level of organization, ownership, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to operate independently while thriving within a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills across internal teams and external counterparties.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate in a fast‑paced, execution‑driven environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
