Job Description

The Firm: A well-established, full-service Northeast law firm with multiple offices. It is seeking a junior real estate finance attorney for its Connecticut office.

About the Role:

You will work on commercial real estate and finance transactions. You'll take on significant responsibility and get hands-on experience in a collaborative, collegial, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

Draft finance documents
Manage closing mechanics
Review title, survey, and other real estate due diligence for closings

Qualifications:

1–3 years of commercial real estate or corporate finance experience
Experience drafting finance documents and familiarity with closing mechanics preferred
Title, survey, and due diligence review experience a plus
Admission to the Connecticut Bar required
Strong work ethic; highly motivated; able to work independently and as part of a team
