This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex and sophisticated legal matters, providing expert advice and guidance to our clients. The successful candidate will play an integral role in our team, working closely with senior leadership to ensure we continue delivering exceptional legal services. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Responsibilities:1. Providing expert legal advice on a wide range of finance matters, including real estate finance, debt fund work, repo lines, etc. 2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex financial agreements and contracts.3. Representing the company in legal proceedings, acting as the primary point of contact for all finance-related legal issues.4. Developing and implementing effective legal strategies to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.5. Collaborating closely with other departments to provide comprehensive legal advice and support.6. Keeping abreast of the latest developments in finance law and advising the company on potential impacts and necessary adjustments.7. Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.Qualifications:The ideal candidate for the Permanent Finance Attorney role will have the following qualifications:1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.2. Admission to the state bar.3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate finance law, preferably within a large law firm environment.4. A strong academic background, demonstrating a deep understanding of finance law and its practical application.5.
