• 10 + years of Complex Commercial Real Estate Finance Transactions (Representing the Lender side)
• Solid background in New Construction Lending (Syndicated Lending required - Multiple Lenders)
• Experience Representing Institutions making complex commercial loans (secured by a range of commercial real property types - including construction loans and term debt)
• Experience with and closing High-level, Large, Complex loans that are in the 100’s of millions
• Experience with revolving lines of credit, bond refinancing, affordable housing transactions, construction loan & permanent loan, as well as distress real estate workouts, etc. is ideal
