The position serves as the operational hub between acquisitions, asset disposition, institutional buyers, title partners, escrow teams, and internal stakeholders.The ideal candidate will bring experience supporting complex real estate investment transactions within a private equity firm, hedge fund, institutional investment manager, REIT, iBuyer, single-family rental platform, or large real estate operating company. Success in this role requires strong operational discipline, excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously, and a passion for building scalable execution processes. - Coordinate activities across acquisitions, asset disposition, title, escrow, buyers, and internal operations teams*
- Ensure transaction milestones are completed accurately and on schedule*
- Proactively identify execution risks and resolve operational bottlenecks before they impact closing timelines*
- Maintain accountability across multiple concurrent deals and transaction workflows
- Serve as the primary operational liaison for institutional buyers and transaction partners*
- Coordinate contract execution, documentation, funding requirements, inspections, and closing logistics*
- Ensure transaction packages meet institutional buyer requirements and internal quality standards*
- Drive consistent communication across all stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle*
- Coordinate with buyers, partners, title companies, vendors, and internal teams to keep transactions moving forward
- Validate transaction terms, pricing, documentation, and operational requirements prior to execution*
- Monitor critical milestones, deadlines, and transaction timelines*
- Identify and resolve contract, communication, documentation, or logistical issues that may impact closing*
- Improve workflows that increase transaction speed, accuracy, consistency, and scalability*
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency

- Strong understanding of residential real estate transactions and institutional investment processes*
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex transactions simultaneously*
