We are hiring a real estate operator who has already:âś” Led agents at scaleâś” Driven accountability + production systemsâś” Recruited and developed agentsâś” Built culture inside a brokerage/team environmentâś” Managed performance, not just personal production

This role is focused on:

  • Agent production leadership (~80%)
  • Recruiting & market growth (~20%)
  • Culture building
  • Pipeline accountability
  • Market expansion supportđź“Ť Orlando = established 55-agent market needing optimization+
    • leadership presence

    Requirements

    Ideal background:

    • Managed 20+ agents directly
    • Led $50M+ in annual production
    • Experience with eXp, LPT, REAL, Compass, Side, etc.
    • Strong KPI + conversion management mindset
    • High-accountability leadership style

    This is NOT:❌ A solo producer role❌ A hybrid sales/leadership role❌ A remote “coach” role❌ A salaried corporate position
