Job Description
The Neuman Team is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Listing Coordinator to help manage the day-to-day execution of our listings from signed agreement to successful sale.
This is a fast-paced role that serves as the operational backbone of our listing department. The ideal candidate thrives on organization, communicates professionally, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all listing preparation to ensure properties are market-ready
- Schedule photography, videography, staging, inspections, and vendor services
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers throughout the listing process
- Manage sign installation, lockboxes, disclosures, and pre-market activities
- Track deadlines and oversee multiple listings simultaneously
- Ensure every listing launches on time and according to team standards
Qualifications
- Previous real estate experience required
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Weekend availability required
