An excellent firm is adding a Litigation Paralegal to their staff. The paralegal will drive cases forward and collaborate closely with the team and attorneys.
- Review and prepare general correspondence, trust letters, mortgages, and statements of adjustment
- Review purchase and sale contracts
Required Requirements:
- iManage experienceTrail prep
- litigation paralegal experienceexperience – E-filing with all courts and countiesBench and jury trail experience
3+ years experience litigation paralegal required
The position requires related experience working in external relationship management Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility Strong written and verbal communication skills
