This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to showcase their skills in an environment that values innovation and teamwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling complex real estate disputes and providing expert legal advice to our clients. This role demands a high level of professionalism, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of real estate law. Responsibilities:

Actively manage and oversee all phases of real estate litigation, including discovery, depositions, negotiations, settlements, and trial.
Provide expert legal advice to clients on real estate matters, including transactions, disputes, property rights, and construction issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts related to real estate transactions.
Represent clients in court and before government agencies, demonstrating strong oral and written advocacy skills.
Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case preparation and provide accurate legal advice.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with legal team members to develop effective strategies for litigation and dispute resolution.
Keep up-to-date with changes in real estate law and industry trends to provide the most relevant advice to clients.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Experience in real estate litigation. landlord-tenant disputes, lender defense
Active member of the state bar with good standing.
Proven track record of successfully litigating real estate cases.
Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex disputes.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly and effectively.
Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
Proficiency in using legal research software and other related tools.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong client service skills, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality and managing sensitive information.
