Primary Job Title: Real Estate Manager Alternate / Related Job Titles: Property Manager Facilities & Property Manager Commercial Real Estate Manager Property Operations Manager Location & Onsite Flexibility: Philadelphia, PA — Onsite (5 days/week) 1500 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA (SHAREPA221) Contract Details Position Type: Contract Contract Duration: 3 months (through 5/31; extension possible) Start: As Soon As Possible Pay Rate: $40 – $46 per hour Potential to Convert to FTE: Yes Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Summary The Real Estate Manager supports the management and daily operations of a commercial property, overseeing staff, tenant services, financial reporting, and facility operations. This role assists in managing all functional aspects of a property or portfolio while ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Real Estate Manager plays a key leadership role in staff supervision, property inspections, budgeting, tenant relations, and conference/event space management. Key Responsibilities Provide formal supervision to property staff, including training, development, performance evaluations, coaching, and hiring support. Coordinate and manage daily team activities, establish schedules, assign tasks, and cross-train staff. Assist with developing budgets for client events and services; solicit competitive bids and present recommendations to clients. Respond to tenant needs and ensure timely resolution of administrative and technical issues. Conduct regular property inspections and submit work orders to address facility and maintenance needs. Manage scheduling and promotion of conference facilities and meeting rooms. Support clients in marketing and leasing available property space. Prepare utilization reports and high-level financial reports for clients and property management leadership. Model behaviors aligned with RISE values and influence stakeholders to achieve shared objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex operational issues. Required Qualifications Required Skills Bachelor’s degree preferred with 3–5 years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience). Active Real Estate License required. CPM or RPA designation (or candidacy) preferred. Experience in staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and employee development. Strong leadership and communication skills, including handling sensitive and complex situations. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive, problem-solving mindset. Advanced math and financial analysis skills, including percentages, fractions, and financial metrics.
