Real Estate Manager

America's largest family-owned new and used book retailer, Half Price Books, is seeking a Real Estate Manager at our Corporate Headquarters in Dallas, TX. The Real Estate department is seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead lease renewal negotiations and secure optimal terms for our real estate portfolio. This role involves analyzing costs, achieving beneficial lease terms, and safeguarding the company against negative financial impacts. Effectively negotiating 30+ real estate deals a year.

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS/BA degree plus 3-5 years of applicable experience or 2-4 years of commercial real estate experience
Strong negotiation and communications skills
