Job Description

The Wright Group is hiring a Listing Manager to oversee the ongoing management of our new construction listings while supporting the consistency and strength of our builder partnerships.

We’re looking for a highly organized, detail-driven professional to oversee and manage a high volume of new construction home listings while supporting strong, consistent communication with builder and site agent partners.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in operations, coordination, or account management who thrives on accuracy, timelines, and keeping multiple moving pieces aligned.

You will also work alongside a Listing Assistant, helping to prioritize, delegate, and maintain quality across all listing-related tasks.

While leadership maintains primary builder relationships, this role plays a key part in supporting those relationships through consistent communication, accuracy, and follow-through.

Important: Location Requirement

This is a Richmond, VA–based role.

Candidates must be local and able to work in a hybrid environment, including:

  • In-office collaboration
  • Remote work
  • Occasional time in the field

This is not a fully remote position.

Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do

New Construction Listings (Primary Focus)

  • Oversee and maintain 100+ active new construction listings
  • Ensure all MLS data is accurate and consistently updated
  • Regularly confirm pricing, availability, and timelines with site agents
  • Review builder reports and ensure all listing information is current
  • Track details such as incentives, upgrades, lot information, and timelines
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies quickly

Builder & Site Agent Coordination

  • Communicate regularly with site agents to confirm listing details
  • Ensure updates are accurate, timely, and complete
  • Follow up consistently to maintain alignment across all listings
  • Support the overall consistency and professionalism of builder interactions

Listing Operations

  • Support agents with resale listing preparation and launch
  • Coordinate staging, photography, inspections, and signage
  • Ensure all listing details, documents, and timelines are complete and accurate
  • Maintain accuracy across MLS and internal systems

Team Coordination & Oversight

  • Work closely with a Listing Assistant to manage workload and priorities
  • Delegate tasks appropriately while maintaining overall quality and accuracy
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure consistency across all listings

Coordination & Communication

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with agents, clients, site agents, and vendors
  • Keep tasks and timelines on track through consistent follow-up
  • Address issues directly and ensure resolution
Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail, Calendar)
  • Comfortable using AI-powered tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc)
  • Familiarity with MLS systems preferred
  • Working knowledge of Canva
  • Experience using project management platforms (Monday.com preferred but not required)
  • Experience using a CRM (Brivity preferred)
  • Background in real estate listing coordination or management preferred, but not required
