Real Estate Paralegal San Antonio, TX

YOUR TYPICAL DAY
- Manage Property Tax and Lien matters from intake through litigation handoff
- Prepare lien-related documents using established templates
- Communicate daily with private and public-entity clients via phone and email
- Track deadlines, filings, and client communications using shared systems
- Coordinate closely with attorneys and paralegals across onsite and remote teams
YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE
- 37+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in Real Estate law
- Hands-on exposure to Property Tax, Liens, or public entity matters
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing high?touch client communication
- Ability to work independently while staying highly organized and deadline-driven
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice management tools
EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES
- Experience supporting lien litigation preparation
- Prior work with public entities or private lien clients
