If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like:

• Prepare and organize preliminary closing materials for real estate purchase, sale, development, and financing transactions.*
• Draft and update title related documents, including title commitments, policies, and summary reports.*
• Coordinate and track due diligence items such as lien searches, entity documentation, surveys, and insurance materials.*
• Review transaction documents and prepare concise summaries to support attorney review and decision making.*
• Support loan documentation by updating forms, schedules, exhibits, and deal specific information.*
• Actively assist with closings and post closing follow up, including document distribution, recordings, and final file completion.

• Four or more years of experience as a real estate, transactional, or corporate paralegal*
• Education through a bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent professional experience*
• Strong drafting, document review, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail*
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and secure file sharing platforms*
• Ability to manage competing priorities and remain professional under deadline pressure
