Job DetailsJob Details:Our firm is seeking an experienced Permanent Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of complex real estate transactions, including commercial and residential closings. We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of real estate law and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Responsibilities:1. Assist in all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions, from inception to closing.2. Review and analyze contracts, leases, and title documents.3. Prepare and maintain closing checklists and timelines to ensure all aspects of the transaction are completed in a timely manner.4. Coordinate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other parties to gather necessary information and documents.5. Draft closing documents, such as deeds, affidavits, and settlement statements.6. Conduct title and survey reviews to identify potential issues and coordinate with attorneys to resolve such issues.7. Organize and maintain files and databases related to real estate transactions.8. Assist with post-closing matters, including the preparation of closing binders and the recording of documents.9. Participate in client meetings and conference calls, as needed.Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal.

-Proficiency in closings, including the ability to manage a closing from start to finish.

Title Review and Survey experience
Experience with iManage and Orion
