The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing real estate transactions, preparing closing documents, and ensuring all legal requirements are met. This position requires a professional with a keen eye for detail, exceptional deadline management skills, and extensive knowledge of Real Estate Transactions and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, from the initial drafting of contracts to the final closing.
• Prepare, review, and revise various legal documents such as deeds, leases, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
• Conduct title searches, prepare title commitments and title insurance policies.
• Assist attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and meetings.
• Coordinate and manage deadlines to ensure all transactions are completed in a timely manner.
• Liaise with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Keep track of and maintain UCC filings, and monitor for any changes that may affect our clients.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed, such as file management and document control.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal.
• A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficient in real estate transaction software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate law, transactions, and the UCC.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
