Real Estate Paralegal

Position: Real Estate Paralegal Location: Century City, CA (Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite) Pay: $110,000 to $140,000 annually (Exempt) Experience: 4+ years of transactional experience, including financing, purchase and sales transactions, and leasing. Education: A college degree and paralegal certificate are preferred. Type: Full-time; Direct Hire Schedule: Day Shift, 9:00am to 5:30pm Kent Daniels & Associates is seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to join our dynamic law firm client! Job Description: Responsible for title and survey review. Negotiating title coverage and endorsements. Preparing loan documents. Performing real property searches. Preparing closing and post-closing documents and coordinating closing activities. Candidate will additionally prepare deeds and property tax forms, and perform title review. Position Requirements: Familiarity with general corporate structure is required. Candidate must have strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills. Position supports the Trusts & Estates department.
