If you're an organized, detail-driven legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced real estate environment, the Law Office of Edward V. Murachanian wants to hear from you. We're hiring a full-time Real Estate Paralegal to support our busy real estate practice, coordinating closings, managing legal documents, and keeping transactions on track from start to finish.

Located in Brick, NJ at the Jersey Shore, our firm brings more than 60 years of combined legal experience to individuals, families, and business owners navigating real estate transactions, estate planning, business matters, and legal disputes. Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage real estate contracts, deeds, leases, and closing documents
- Coordinate with clients, lenders, title companies, realtors, and opposing counsel
- Schedule and manage closings, deadlines, and legal procedures
- Interview clients and gather information to support attorneys
- Proofread and transcribe legal correspondence and contracts
- Provide administrative support to attorneys across the real estate practice
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience in real estate law, paralegal work, or legal administration
- Strong document drafting and proofreading skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure
- Professional communication skills - phone, email, and in-person client interaction
- Familiarity with legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
