Real Estate Paralegal Washington, DC Pay From: $125000 /yrMUST: Experience Real Estate Paralegal Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience Solid experience with title and survey review Experience with commercial real estate purchases and sales Experience with real estate financing and leasing Strong knowledge of commercial real estate transactions and related documentation Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with the ability to work effectively as part of a team College degree and/or Paralegal Certificate requiredDUTIES: Assist attorney with all aspects of commercial real estate transactions Review and organize title reports, surveys, and related real estate documents Assist with commercial property purchases and sales Support real estate financing transactions and closings Assist with drafting, reviewing, and organizing lease documentation Coordinate transaction documents, signatures, filings, and closing materials Conduct due diligence and maintain transaction checklist Communicate with attorneys, clients, title companies, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions Maintain organized matter files and commercial real estate records Manage multiple transactions and deadlines while ensuring accurate and timely completionQuadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
