Job Description

Real Estate Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Paralegal to join our legal team with pay around 75K. As a Real Estate Paralegal, you will be responsible for assisting attorneys with all aspects of real estate transactions and closings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate law and possess excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

Reviewing and analyzing real estate contracts and agreements
Assisting with due diligence for real estate transactions
Preparing closing documents and overseeing the closing process
Coordinating with clients, attorneys, and other parties involved in the transaction
Conducting title searches and resolving title issues

Requirements:

Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
Prior experience working in real estate law
Strong knowledge of real estate transactions and closings
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
