About the Role:
Crusoe is looking for a highly organized, proactive Real Estate Projects and Workplace Strategy Specialist to support our growing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, adapts quickly to shifting priorities, and enjoys building structure where it doesn't yet exist.
You'll support workplace and real estate initiatives including office buildouts, renovations, expansions, and space planning efforts. You'll partner with internal stakeholders and external consultants to keep projects on track, manage key documentation, and support workplace planning needs as the company grows.
Space planning experience and CAD skills are required for supporting layout updates, test fits, and workplace planning documentation.
What You'll Be Working On:
Real Estate & Workplace Project Coordination
Support workplace and real estate projects including office buildouts, renovations, expansions, and restacks
Coordinate project schedules, meeting cadences, action items, and follow-ups across internal teams and external partners
Maintain project trackers, key milestones, and documentation across multiple workstreams
Support budget tracking, invoice coordination, and basic financial documentation for projects
Assist in preparing project updates, reporting, and stakeholder communications
Space Planning & Workplace Planning Support
Support space planning initiatives tied to headcount growth, team needs, and evolving organizational requirements
Maintain and update floor plans, seating plans, and space allocation documentation
Support test fits and layout iterations in partnership with architects, designers, and internal stakeholders
Help ensure space plans align with workplace standards, planning assumptions, and future growth needs
Vendor & Consultant Coordination
Coordinate with external partners including architects, space planners, engineers, contractors, and furniture vendors
Support RFP processes, vendor onboarding, and proposal coordination as needed
Help ensure project teams stay aligned on scope, schedule, deliverables, and decision-making timelines
What You'll Bring to the Team:
4+ years of experience in project coordination, real estate, workplace strategy, design & construction, or a related field
Space planning experience (test fits, seating plans, adjacency planning, headcount planning support)
CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar) and/or experience updating floor plans and layouts
Experience supporting office buildouts, lease-related projects, or workplace scaling in a high-growth company
Familiarity with tools like Asana, Smartsheet, Monday, Jira, or similar project tracking systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Clear written and verbal communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
Strong attention to detail and ability to create structure in evolving environments
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
Adaptable and flexible: comfortable shifting priorities as business needs evolve
Proactive and self-directed: anticipates needs and follows through without heavy oversight
Strong judgment and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment

Compensation Range
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $128,000 -$150,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
