Responsibilities

Identify and attract top real estate agents to join CityScape Metro Group
Evaluate candidates for cultural and professional alignment
Build and maintain a strong network through industry events and social media
Conduct interviews and manage the selection process
Assist in onboarding to ensure a seamless transition for new hires
Foster ongoing relationships with recruits, supporting their long-term success

Requirements

1-3 years of experience in real estate recruiting or talent acquisition
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong networking abilities to engage top real estate professionals
Ability to manage multiple candidates and hiring processes simultaneously
Comfortable working in a hybrid remote environment
Proficiency with recruiting software and virtual networking tools
