Compensation:$125,000 - $192,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Engage actively with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and execute personalized marketing strategies for property listings.
- Utilize our lead generation systems to identify and connect with prospective buyers and sellers.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales techniques and market knowledge.
- Coordinate and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed insights and guidance.
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Real Estate License or in the process.
- Experience in real estate sales or a related field is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to engage and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Proven track record of collaborating successfully within a team to achieve shared goals.
- Familiarity with lead generation systems and a willingness to learn and utilize new technologies.
- Commitment to participating in ongoing training sessions to enhance sales techniques and market knowledge.
- Ability to coordinate and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed insights and guidance.
