Responsibilities:- Connect with clients to understand their real estate needs and guide them through the buying or selling process.
- Leverage our innovative tools and resources to provide exceptional service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about the local real estate market trends to offer clients the most current insights and advice.
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients while maintaining professionalism and integrity throughout the process.
- Have or are willing to obtain an Illinois Real Estate Broker License (Pre-licensing classes available).
- Ability to work independently and have control over the growth of your business.
- Stay up to date on the given technology and systems (with help from our training experts).
- Financial stability to invest time and effort now to gain income later.
- Willing to continue to attend training, mentoring, and coaching to grow skills continuously.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build meaningful connections and bonds within your community quickly.
