Compensation:

$120,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Leverage our pre-qualified leads to identify potential buyers and sellers, ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities.
  • Conduct property showings and open houses, providing clients with expert insights and guidance.
  • Negotiate offers and contracts with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Collaborate with our administrative team to ensure seamless transaction processes and client satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about local market trends and property values to offer clients informed advice.
  • Participate in daily coaching sessions and advanced training to continuously enhance your skills and knowledge base.
Qualifications:
  • Valid South Carolina real estate license, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running.
  • Proven track record of successful sales, demonstrating your ability to close deals effectively.
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships, showcasing your interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to leverage pre-qualified leads, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills, focused on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Familiarity with local market trends and property values, providing informed advice to clients.
