Our team is looking for self-motivated, ambitious Sales Agents to join us! We want to help YOU build your career! Our fast-growing team has lots of leads! We need sales agents to help us handle those leads. We provide a comprehensive training program, excellent marketing tools, and administrative support. Compensation:$75,000+ commission only
Responsibilities:- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Consistent lead follow-up to grow the sales pipeline
- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
- Self-motivation and drive
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Tech savvy
