We are looking for a go-getter Real Estate Sales Agent who wants to STOP PROSPECTING & START CLOSING!

This position is 100% commission-based.
Compensation:$81,500 - $115,500+ 100% Commission
Responsibilities:- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needs
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- An active Florida real estate license is required
- Must live in Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, or Polk County
- Available to come into the office for meetings and training
- Self-motivated – you don’t need to be pushed, you need to be pointed
- Coachable – open to feedback, systems, and a proven process, even if it’s different from how you’ve worked before.
- Strong communication and follow-up habits – you understand that speed and consistency win deals
- Ready to close business consistently, not just “get started” and see how it goes
