Do you love real estate, homes, and working with people, but aren't sure what starting a career in real estate actually looks like?
Colorado Property Group is looking for a Buyer’s Agent to join our Durango team. You'll work directly with homebuyers, help clients navigate one of the biggest decisions they'll make, and learn how to build a successful real estate business inside an established team.
You don't need years of real estate experience. We're looking for someone who communicates well, follows through, enjoys working with people, and is motivated by a career where their effort directly impacts their opportunity.
We provide the training, coaching, technology, systems, leads, and support. You bring the drive to turn those opportunities into relationships.
Compensation:$75,000 at commission based plan
Responsibilities:Respond quickly and professionally to new buyer inquiries and opportunities provided through the team.
Build relationships with prospective buyers, understand their goals, and guide them from initial conversation through closing.
Schedule and conduct property showings while helping clients evaluate homes, neighborhoods, pricing, and market conditions.
Educate buyers on the purchasing process, financing considerations, contracts, inspections, and important transaction milestones.
Prepare and negotiate offers with guidance and support from experienced team leadership.
Consistently follow up with prospective and active clients using the team’s CRM, systems, and proven follow-up processes.
Develop new client relationships through prospecting, referrals, community connections, and team-generated opportunities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build trust and relationships.
Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, commission-based environment.
Coachable and willing to learn, practice, and consistently follow proven sales systems and processes.
Highly organized with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at once.
Comfortable initiating conversations, following up with prospective clients, and asking for the business.
Colorado real estate license preferred; candidates actively pursuing or willing to obtain their license are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, education, management, or another relationship-focused profession is a plus, but not required.
