We are looking for a motivated agent who is passionate about making the home-buying and selling experience great. You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Compensation:$125,000 - $250,000
Responsibilities:- Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market
- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close
- Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller or listing agent to achieve desired results
- Help clients through the home buying process including budgeting and mortgage options
- Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home
- Show a track record of real estate success
- 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Friendly and outgoing
- High level of integrity
- Smart and motivated by success
- Humble and a team player
- Outstanding customer service
- Ability to work flexible hours as the schedule is determined by client needs (most often landing on weekends and evenings)
- Real Estate license in Oregon or Washington, or in the process of obtaining a license
